St. Gerard’s Catholic Primary School
Transition
Our main link secondary school is Trinity Catholic College, however we are a feeder school for other secondary schools in the local area. Transition takes the form of meetings with secondary colleagues once places are allocated in the Spring Term of Year 6. As we are part of NPCAT, we also arrange other transition activities such as sports events, transition days and curriculum enrichment days.
